Main responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Double Side 12B polishing machines according to work instructions and process specifications.
• Load/unload optical components, carriers, fixtures, and polishing consumables.
• Perform machine setup, polishing slurry preparation, and routine process adjustments.
• Conduct in-process inspection and measurements to ensure product quality requirements are met.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues; escalate abnormalities when required.
• Perform equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Support continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity initiatives.

Requirements. 

• O-Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Field.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in polishing, lapping,or optics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.
• Able to follow SOPs and work instructions.areness and attention to detail.
• Team player with good safety awareness.
• Flexible to work overtime as required. 
• Must be able to work in rotating shift pattern or 12 hour shift. 
• Proficiency in general Microsoft application including MS word and Excel.
