Main responsibilities:

• To operate Diamond Turning machine. 
• To record daily output data and submit to leader. 
• Setting up machines during changeover of parts. 
• Troubleshooting when problem arise. 
• To attend daily morning briefing conduct by leader and provide update status of each items and machine. 
• To communicate with other shift staff on the status on each machine before handover. 
• Ensure own responsible machinese to be warm up before start of shift. 
• To report any scrap or technical issues to leader. 
• To ensure respective in-charge machines are fully utilize. 
• Inform leader if there is machine faulty/down.

Requirements:

• GCE ’O’ Level  or  Technical Certificate and above.
• Working experience in manufacturing environment. 
• Able to perform machine set up.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.  
• Must be able to do shift work when required.
