Main responsibilities:

• Completion of daily coating production activities.
• Check machine schedule and ensure process inputs stored in respective machine. 
• Prepare the needed coating material for pre-melting and ensure all the shutters and sidewalls are cleaned. 
• Enter the process and machine parameters for every run in the checklist during the coating process. 
• Monitor the coating process and provide essential guidance to coaters attending other machines. 
• Set the venting temperature, remove the segment from the machine after venting. 
• Perform the spectral measurements according to the required specifications by choosing proper template. 
• Undertake additional production responsibilities as and when required. 

Requirements. 

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 
• Min 5 years of experience with manufacturing industry. 
• Experience in Optics polishing or Thin Film manufacturing will be an advantage. 
• Ability to read, understand and provide training on SOPs, work instructions, technical drawing. 
• Clear understanding of product quality and systems regulations and requirements. 
• Good interpersonal skills and attitude. 
• Flexible to work overtime as required. 
• Must be able to work in rotating shift pattern or 12 hour shift. 
• Proficiency in general Microsoft application including MS word and Excel.
