Main responsibilities:

• To be involve in crucial process of flatwork and coating operations. 
• Ensuring correct process selection and machine parameter inputs as per process checklist. 
• Machine setup and troubleshoot when issue arise. 
• To attend daily morning briefing conducted by leader and update production status. 
• To communicate with shift staff on the status on each machine before handover. 
• Ensuring all machines that require warm up are done. 
• Report to leader on non-conformance parts, technical issues or machine faulty.
• Ensure machines are full utilized at all time. 
• Leading the FAT/FAI/FLP project and work closely with respective process engineer. 
• Provide training and share knowledge to the technician during FAT/FAI/FLP order. 
• To attend NPI closure meeting and report issue encouter during FAT/FAI/FLP processing. 

Requirements. 

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 
• Min 1-2 years of experience with manufacturing industry. 
• Experience in Optics polishing or Thin Film manufacturing will be an advantage. 
• Ability to read, understand and provide training on SOPs, work instructions, technical drawing. 
• Clear understanding of product quality and systems regulations and requirements. 
• Above 10 years of working experience in Optics process environment. 
• Good interpersonal skills and attitude. 
• Flexible to work overtime as required. 
• Must be able to work in rotating shift pattern or 12 hour shift. 
• Proficiency in general Microsoft application including MS word and Excel.
