Technician (Assembly)

Main responsibilities:

• Perform Mechanical and Electrical Assembly Processes according to Assembly Process Sheet.
• Perform Lens cleaning and assembly according to customer requirement.
• Work in ESD Protected environment , comply to ESD protocol.
• Perform Electrical and Electronic Test according to Test Instruction.
• Ensure all WIP inventory are tally with system.
• Receive Kitting from store and distributed to the production Order.
• Perform the final packaging of the production prior to transfer to Store for shipment to customer.
• Any ad-hoc Task assigned by Leaders and Supervisor.

Requirements:

• GCE ’O’ Level  or  Technical Certificate and above.
• 3-5 years working experience in Mechanical and Electrical Assembly.
• Able to perform electrical Test.
• Able to interpret Electrical Schematic.  
• Able to understand the Test Instruction.
• Good Team Player and able to work under minimum supervision. 
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
