Main responsibilities:

• Lead daily coating operations and manpower and OT planning. 
• Monitor output, yield, re-work and process stability. 
• Ensure compliance to SOP, EHS and quality standards. 
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement. 
• Train and coach Technician and maintain skill coverage.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Technical field or minimum10 years of working experience in relevant work area. 
• Working experience in Coating work environment and Optics process. 
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, experience in ERP system (SAP and PDCS). 
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player. 
• Must be able to work in 3 rotating shift or 12 hour shift environment.
