Main responsibilities:

1. Preventive Maintenance
Execute preventive maintenance activities as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal machine performance, improve reliability, and minimise unplanned downtime

2. Troubleshooting & Repair
Provide prompt response to unscheduled equipment and machine breakdowns. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs. Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

3. Machine Installation & Qualification
Support the installation, setup, and qualification of new equipment in collaboration with equipment manufacturers, or by following approved manuals, procedures, and technical guidelines.

4. Compliance & Workplace Standards
Maintain a safe and organised work environment in full compliance with EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety), 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain, Safety), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

5. Documentation
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with maintenance department procedures, including service reports, maintenance records, and work orders. Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module) is an added advantage.

6. Spare Parts Management
Support spare parts procurement activities and ensure proper inventory management, storage, and organisation within the maintenance store to support operational readiness.

7. Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, equipment reliability, and productivity
