Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Arrange shipments and provide customers with timely updates on delivery status.
  • Handle order cancellations as and when required.
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Provide support for Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Actively participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (internal and external) and resolve a variety of order-related issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain diplomatic under pressure.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and a strong team player.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
