Customer Service Officer

Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Arrange shipments and provide customers with timely updates on delivery status.
- Handle order cancellations as and when required.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
- Provide support for Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Actively participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries (internal and external) and resolve a variety of order-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain diplomatic under pressure.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, independent, and a strong team player.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
