Main responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines for production.
• Perform CNC programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Programming, and Production teams to resolve machining and quality issues.
• Support the operation of CNC machines with Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and work procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Technical Certificate or Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and trouble shooting set up and  CNC turning and milling machine.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Turning and milling machines.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Mazak and Siemens CNC controls.
• Understanding of tooling, inserts, cutting parameters, and materials.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and high surface finish requirements.
• Skilled in interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement instruments.
• Basic understanding of CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens and Shop Turn)
• Read blueprints and specifications.
