Our Excelitas site in Regen is our centre of excellence for high-precision optics. From development to production on state-of-the-art machines, specialists work here with passion to meet all customer requirements on a daily basis. A wide range of highly precise optical components are reliably supplied to a wide variety of markets and applications. Examples of applications include dental cameras and endoscopes in medical applications, head-up displays in the aerospace industry, aerial cameras and a wide range of special solutions in the field of research and development.

Main responsibilities

•    Organization is your strength: From internal meetings to training sessions—you’ll coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and assist with organizational tasks.
•    Work-life balance: Your 35-hour workweek, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours ensure you have plenty of time for yourself and your hobbies.
•    All-Inclusive Package: To help you stay fully focused on your tasks, you can refuel in our in-house/discounted cafeteria. On top of your apprenticeship stipend—currently €1,308 gross in the first year—you’ll receive a special bonus, capital-forming benefits, monthly allowances, and many employee discounts. Requirements

•    Ready to go right out of school: With a medium maturity, a business school diploma, or a High school diploma, you’ve come to the right place!
•    English? Yes, please! You have a good basic knowledge of the language—which means you’re well-equipped for international collaboration.
•    Digital savvy: You’re comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and can keep track of things digitally.
•    Motivation & organizational skills: Commitment, reliability, and team spirit come naturally to you.
•    Interest in business & technology: You want to understand how business processes work and have a good grasp of technology.
