Our Excelitas site in Göttingen is the centre of excellence for the development and production of photonics solutions for the semiconductor equipment market. For this highly demanding market, the Göttingen site supplies highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging.

In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a broad range of optical and mechanical components, including complete optical systems, to support scientific research and development as well as industrial production.

Your Tasks:

• Providing and picking materials and assemblies based on production orders
• Preparing materials for assembly, including cleaning with an ultrasonic system as well as packing and unpacking tasks
• Ensuring smooth material flow to support production and assembly lines
• Booking and tracking material movements as well as handling tasks in the SAP R/3 system
• Supporting general warehouse and logistics activities while adhering to applicable quality standards

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in warehousing, logistics, or order picking
• Technical understanding and interest in technical products and manufacturing processes
• Ideally, experience handling optical components and products
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• High quality awareness as well as a sense of responsibility when handling materials
• Team player, flexible, and have a strong hands-on mentality
• Basic experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3, is an advantage
