Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product development and market introduction through series production to product phase-out

 

  • Take ownership of the Optical Components product family and drive its strategic development

 

  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize the profitability of your product portfolio

 

  • Develop and implement product strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

 

  • Prepare and maintain customer-facing quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation

 

  • Support new product launches as well as product modifications and end-of-life activities

 

  • Act as a key interface between technology, sales, and business functions to ensure successful product management

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field

 

  • Additional business qualifications or demonstrated commercial experience are considered a strong advantage

 

  • At least three years of professional experience in product management or within an industrial technology environment

 

  • Strong understanding of both technical concepts and business principles

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and cultures

 

  • Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style

 

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

 

  • Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
