Your Responsibilities

Preparation of repair offer documentation for the sales department

Maintenance and continuous updating of repair lists

Tracking and follow‑up of repair orders

Creation of evaluations, reports, and summaries

Active participation in coordination meetings with internal departments

Support of Product Management, Project Management, and Cost Engineering through data preparation and analysis

Coordination and management of change processes
Your Profile

Completed technical or commercial vocational training

Confident handling of MS Office

Independent, structured, and reliable working style

Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills

Good understanding of commercial topics (costs, pricing, business cases)

High resilience and ability to work under pressure

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
