Your Responsibilities

• Operating high-vacuum coating systems

• Programming the system controls and process parameters

• Setting up the respective system according to specifications

• Qualifying the coated optics using standard measurement technology (spectrophotometer)

• Commissioning new processes in collaboration with the Coating Development team

• Process optimization in collaboration with Production Engineering (PE)

• Continuous monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, rate, and plasma properties during the coating process

• Production planning (detailed planning) of the coating sequence

• Training new employees 
   

Your Profile

• Skilled worker (physics lab technician, precision optician, industrial mechanic, or equivalent)

• Basic technical understanding, ideally with experience working with optics

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Independent and meticulous work style

• Manual dexterity (fine motor skills)

• Willingness to work shifts and in a cleanroom

• Experience using standard software (especially MS Office and SAP)

• Flexibility, communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
