Our Excelitas site in Göttingen is the centre of excellence for the development and production of photonics solutions for the semiconductor equipment market. For this highly demanding market, the Göttingen site supplies highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging.

In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a broad range of optical and mechanical components, including complete optical systems, to support scientific research and development as well as industrial production.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the operational processing of inquiries and purchase orders

• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on overdue deliveries

• Maintain and update master data and system records

• Handle complaints and review invoices

• Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of processes

• Support projects and the preparation of reports

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, with several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company

• Technical understanding of mechanics, electronics or optics is an advantage

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills in both languages

• Experience working with the SAP MM module

• Good knowledge of standard MS Office applications

• Affinity for digital technologies, tools and modern system environments, such as Power BI and AI applications

• Strong initiative, assertiveness and negotiation skills

• Professional and confident demeanor when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
