Your Responsibilities

• Processing and handling of purchasing activities

• Managing inquiries and purchase orders

• Maintaining master data and system records

• Monitoring and tracking delivery schedules

• Handling complaints and performing invoice verification

• General correspondence

Your Profile

• Commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience

• Ideally strong technical understanding in mechanics, electronics, or optics

• Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and negotiation skills when dealing with internal teams and external suppliers

• Business‑fluent English skills, both written and spoken

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

• Ideally experience with the SAP MM module
