Excelitas is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team of professionals!

  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
  • Provide our Customers, Sales team and outside reps updates via e-mail, CRM, using data from SAP
  • Monitor mailboxes to provide customer service by staying on top of new, pending orders and customer status requests.
  • Monitor CRM to process opportunities and provide updates to Sales internal/external
  • Work in partnership with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement, Finance and Tech Service to ensure all requests and sales orders are actioned, invoiced and shipped in the agreed lead-times provided.
  • Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to customers, sales and outside sales reps.
  • Work closely with Production, Planning Procurement, Finance and Sales to ensure all requests and sales orders are actioned and invoiced in the agreed lead-times provided.
  • Manage high-priority accounts by processing customer quotes, sales orders, providing updates and lead-times.
  • Create, process and monitor intercompany purchase orders.
  • Create cases in CRM for all Customer Service-related issues.
  • Live order entry using ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) phone system.
  • Utilize a variant configurate in SAP for some custom products;
  • Answer sales and customer related calls
  • Some administrative work as needed
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.

Pay range is $26-28/hour depending on level of experience.
