Your responsibilities

Lay the foundation for your HR career now and become part of our Germany-wide HR team as part of a several-month internship or working student position. In our international environment at our Feldkirchen location, you will learn about recruiting and applicant management, employee support, labor law aspects, and HR controlling. As part of a wide range of HR projects, you will be able to work in various areas and will be responsible for implementing the following tasks:

• Actively assisting with employee support on various HR issues, including onboarding and offboarding, transfers, drafting contracts and employment references
• Independent coordination and support of recruiting, including coordination of interviews and applicant correspondence
• Participation in HR marketing and personnel development
• Active support of HR projects and independent handling of project tasks
   

Your profile

• Student or graduate in economics, social sciences, or a comparable degree program
• Confident use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Quick comprehension and independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm for all kinds of HR topics
• Good communication skills and high service orientation
• Very good German skills and good English skills
