At our Excelitas site in Feldkirchen, we develop and produce highly complex optomechatronic components, assemblies and systems.

What to Expect:

Your Responsibilities as a Production Operative (f/m/d): 

• Precise separation of products on automatic sawing machines
• Soldering of assemblies on wave soldering lines
• Careful visual inspection of the finished assemblies
• Electrical functional testing of assemblies to ensure the highest product standards
• Collaboration within a motivated team, as well as the opportunity to apply and deepen your technical knowledge and practical skills

Your responsibilities as a Team Leader (f/m/d): 

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of 6–8 skilled workers
• Responsibility for workplace safety in the assigned area
• Responsibility for the timely completion of production orders in the assigned area

Requirement:

• Completed vocational training in mechanics or electronics
• Further training as a foreman/team leader, or alternatively as a technician or master craftsman, as well as initial practical leadership experience is an advantage
• Technical understanding, a passion for precision work, and a strong commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team, dedication, and a flexible work style
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Experience working with production machinery is a plus
