Our training program offers:

• High-tech meets craftsmanship: In your first year of training with us, you will learn everything about:
  
  • The manufacture of workpieces on conventional and CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines, as well as related
  • tasks such as evaluating technical documentation.
  • Planning production processes and setting up machine tools.
  • Monitoring the manufacturing process.

• Perfect preparation: We offer you the ideal learning environment, with in-house training and intensive exam preparation—so you'll be perfectly equipped for your future!
• In-depth training: In the second year of training, you will gradually acquire all the skills you need to independently assemble complex opto-mechatronic components, adjust high-precision systems, and test them on measuring and testing equipment. Documentation and quality control are also part of the job, of course.
• Work-life balance: A 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours ensure that you have enough time for yourself and your hobbies.
• All-inclusive package: To ensure that you are always fully focused on your tasks, you can recharge your batteries in our company canteen, which offers discounted meals. On top of your training allowance of currently €1,268 gross/month in the first year of training, you can expect a special payment, capital-forming benefits, monthly allowances, and many employee discounts.
