Our training program offers:

• High-tech meets craftsmanship! With us, you will learn everything about:
  • the manufacture of high-precision workpieces using lathes and milling machines – both conventional and CNC-controlled
  • creating programs for CNC machines
  • reading and evaluating technical documents and planning production processes
  • setting up machine tools and monitoring manufacturing processes
  • quality control and quality assurance of work processes
  • and much more!
• Perfect preparation: We offer you the ideal learning environment, with in-house training and intensive exam preparation – so you'll be perfectly equipped for your future!
• Work-life balance: A 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours ensure that you have enough time for yourself and your hobbies.
• All-inclusive package: To ensure you are always fully focused on your tasks, you can recharge your batteries in our in-house/discounted canteen. On top of your training allowance of currently €1,268 gross/month in the first year of training, you can expect a special payment, capital-forming benefits, monthly subsidies, and many employee discounts.
