Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for a Senior Associate IT Developer for ABAP Development who shall provide development and sustainment support for various modules and development needs. Understands SAP tools, SAP application servers, SAP S/4 Hana, NetWeaver platforms among others for building business tools. Understands business processes and challenges and being able to translate them into requirements and solutions is preferred.

Design, develop (code), test, and debug applications. Provide experienced Ready-To-Serve and development subject matter expertise. Maintain, enhance and provide solutions for software applications. Provide development leadership in a functional area, module, or project.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designs development, testing, implementation and maintenance of SAP technical development objects/projects to meet business requirements and automate as needed.
• Çollaborates with functional owners, architects and other personnel to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the emerging demands of the market.
• Recommends process improvements to achieve project goals.
• Provides high quality customer support throughout the project including meeting committed timelines. 
• Reviews program codes and correct ABAP program errors.
• Develop technical specification and estimations for assigned project and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Has technical experience in SAP ABAP, Fiori, CDS views, OData, Restful APIs, Flexible workflow, LSMW/BDC, EDI, BAPIs, SAPScripts, Smartforms, Adobe forms, Analysis for Office (Excel) reporting.
• Exposure to the following modules from development perspective: SD, MM, PP, FICO.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in data migration, data mapping, data cleansing, uploading, conversion.
• Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos, and work with users providing training and testing support for various projects.
• Should have cross module integration experience to build and test the end to end process.
• Working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (i.e.; ASAP; Agile)
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics.
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed.
• SAP certification will be an added advantage.
