Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for Quality Assurance Engineer who shall handle and manage customer specific requirements, specifically PDA, Headers, HPS, and Microwave product line

Main Responsibilities: 

• Main customer/CSR contact of customer quality issues.
• Monitors quality trends daily and spearheads/coordinates engineering evaluations and studies to improve these trends. 
• Provides regular quality engineering reports specific to assigned lines.
• Provides training and provides technical guidance to quality assurance inspectors.
• Initiates continuous improvement projects that may derived from KPIs.
• Monitors the job deliverables of outgoing QA inspectors including the ODPPM (role for Engineer II only)

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in any of these Engineering fields: ECE, EE, ME, ChE or any engineering or related courses.
• Preferably a licensed engineer
• Fresh graduate or with experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry. 

• Familiar in 7 QC tools
• Knowledgeable in Statistical Techniques.
• Computer literate

• Trainable with good communication skills both oral and written
