Production Process/Procedure
- Ensures self-qualification of work prior to mass production
- Prepares required safety gadgets
- Ensures that all units pass through required preliminary processes before performing succeeding operations (checking of process flow)
- Consistently checks quality of parts during operation
- Refers to the right documents or assembly drawings
- Ensures proper handling of devices being assembled
Communication
- Notifies the Team Leader for any discrepancy and problem encountered during processing
- Suggests alternatives to correct any discrepancy that will not jeopardize the quality of target output.
Records and Documents Maintenance
- Fills up/Completes the runcard for all required data
- Records for non-productive operation on the time sheet
- Fills up required quality records as stated in each process procedure
- Records data of evaluation runs
