Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for HVP Process Technician that will perform HVP repairs and troubleshooting of RMA and rework units and equipment for repair.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform Process Technician job on High Voltage Power supply product line specifically in overseeing Trouble shooting and Repair process of High Voltage Power supplies.
• Diagnose failures in converters, control boards, transistors, transformers, capacitors and related circuits.
• Conduct electrical testing and measurements using test equipment and diagnostic tools for power supplies.
• Repair and replace defective boards or components using proper soldering or rework techniques.
• Document and maintain repair logs, troubleshooting findings, failure symptoms and corrective actions.
• Prepare supporting technical reports and track repair yield

Requirements:

• Graduate of Electronics or Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, Electro-mechanical or other related technical courses.
• With at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuits, PCBA, Power supply or Power electronics system.
• Has an ability to read, interpret and analyze Electronic Schematic and Circuit diagrams.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools like Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR meter and other electronic diagnostic test equipment.
• Must have Good Repair and Soldering skills and techniques.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented, able to work independently or in team environment
• Must have good communication and reporting skills

Other Requirements:

• Experience in failure analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with IPC and ESD handling
• Experience in repair documentation and reporting systems.
