Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for a Process Engineer who shall be responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and maximum output. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Drives yield and quality improvement, COPQ reduction and productivity improvement on Modules assembly production line. 

Requirements:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Must be good in electronics and automation, hands-on and troubleshooting.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Versatile and fast learner. Must have positive disposition. Good leadership skills and results oriented.
• With knowledge on the use of statistical tools as well as six-sigma and lean methodologies is a plus.
