Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for Process Development Engineer, who shall drive development of new Photonic solution (lasers, emitters and detectors) products from design up to production transfer. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Drives development of new Photonic solution (lasers, emitters and detectors) products from design up to production transfer.

Requirements:

• BS ME, ECE, Physics or Mfg Engg
• Preferably Licensed Engineer
• With at least 4 years of related working experience in semiconductior industry with wire bonding process knowledge.
• Has good understanding of electro-optic devices.
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor Assy processes with strong background in wirebond. Knowledge of tool design is an advantage.
• With thorough understanding of experimental design and data analysis.
• Knowledgeabe in quality tools and problem solving techniques. 
• With knowledge in mechanical and PCB design, design rules and CAD tools.
• Knowledgeable in Mfg Standards: IPC 610, JEDEC, MIL, APQP.
• With the ability to work on multiple projects, self-motivated.
• Has the capability to lead cross-functional teams, good team player and with bias for action.
• With good to excellent oral and written communication skills.
