Primary Function

Handles the whole recruitment and selection functions from applicants sourcing, screening, placement, and assimilation. In-charge of the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs for employees.  Recommends appropriate OD interventions to support business needs. Provide overall coordination and management of training activities.

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Assists in the determination of manpower requirements and in human resource planning.
  • Develops and implements recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Screens/interviews/short-lists applicants based on established procedures.
  • Conducts New Employee Orientation Program for all employees.
  • Coordinates overall activities related to Talent Acquisition for Manila which includes driving timely and accurate population of data in Ultipro Recruitment gateway to ensure accurate TA metrics.

 

Learning and Development

  • Conceptualizes and implements an effective training needs analysis process that links Performance Management Program (PMP) with developmental needs of people that are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Develops people development strategies and plans aligned with the Company’s objectives.
  • Designs curriculum framework, develops training modules and/or develops training materials for specific courses.
  • Conducts specific training courses or programs as requested.
  • Develops and implements a system to evaluate training effectiveness on both the training contents, applications and organizational benefits.
  • Advises management team on overall departments’ talents management tactics and support with training and developmental plans for all employees.
  • Coordinates internal and external training activities for all employees.
  • In-charge of the documentation of training records of employees and preparation of training reports

 

Organization Development

 

  • Drives the company’s Performance Management Program
  • Assists in the implementation of relevant OD interventions e.g. Employee Engagement Survey, HR Voice of Customer,  change management strategy, teambuilding, culture management, talent identification and planning

Education: University degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related course 

Work Experience:  Seven years well-rounded experience in HR, particularly in Training and Development.  With supervisory experience an advantage.
