Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for HVP Process Engineer who shall be responsible for optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and maximum output. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Will perform process engineering job on HVP product line specifically on overseeing and maintaining Electromechanical Assembly process, Compliance Testing up to Final Assembly and Packaging processes.
• Troubleshooting of product, test equipment and RMA units.
• Root cause analysis of failures in board, components and design level.
• Review and revise manufacturing documentation.
• Perform investigation on process, test equipment and product level issues, drives resolution and corrective actions.
• Initiate process and test equipment improvements.
• Provide disposition of non-conforming products/materials.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• With at least 2 years of related work experience
• Well versed in Electronics principles both in theoretical and actual applications.
• Has a strong knowledge in Power Electronics and with experience in Electronics/Electrical product and equipment troubleshooting, use of oscilloscope, HV probes and hipot testers.
• With strong background in Electronics/electrical Testing, Data Analysis, Troubleshooting and Repair of High Voltage Systems.
• Must have good interpersonal skills. Has Ability to work independently or as a team player. Self-driven. Collaborative. Versatile and fast learner.

Other Requirements:

• Must have good documentation and reporting skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong adherence to high voltage safety protocols.
