Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for a Facilities Manager who shall ensure that the building and its grounds are safe, functional, and meet organizational needs by overseeing maintenance, operations, and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures continuous operation of building utilities and creation of contingency plans that will ensure NO disruption in both Production and Office daily operation.
• Checks and assures that the Facilities Utilities are available to ensure Production equipment / machines are available to support Production operation.  Creation of projects/initiatives that will improve capability, availability, maintainability, and safety of equipment/machine.
• Manages the Capacity Model to support Production requirements in-terms of HC, Machine and Projection requirements.  
• Ensures compliance with ISO standards (ISO14001 and ISO45001), and Local Government agencies requirements (No Notice of Violation). 

Requirements:

• BS in Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Chemical or Applied Physics preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment. Working experience with international or cross-cultural environment is an advantage.
• With relevant leadership position handling Facilities and EHS.
• Possesses strategic skill that enables strong tactical results.
• With strong business acumen.
• Has good oral and written communication skills.
