Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Clarity (Broadcom PPM) Administrator / Analyst, who shall serve as the technical administrator of our Clarity PPM platform. This role is responsible for system configuration, global administration, backend operations, data integrity, and reliable support for users across the organization. While the primary focus is Clarity PPM configuration and system administration, the role also provides secondary support preparing validated data for Power BI reporting. Additionally, experience working with project planning and scheduling tools is highly desired.
Main Responsibilities:
I. Clarity PPM Configuration & Administration
- Configure and maintain Clarity objects, attributes, lookups, layouts, portlets, hierarchies and access rights.
- Ability to interpret schedule-driven data such as ETCs, actuals, allocations, and staff assignments.
- Monitor and manage system jobs to ensure platform reliability and drive efficiency.
- Execute configuration migrations across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
- Perform health checks, resolve functional/system issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide ticket support to business users and maintain clear documentation.
II. Data Validation & Quality Assurance
- Validate and reconcile project, resource, financial, and timesheet data.
- Use SQL to troubleshoot data issues, analyze datasets, and support backend checks.
- Work with Excel and CSV files for data cleansing, audits, corrections, and bulk updates.
- Identify recurring data quality issues and implement long-term solutions.
III. Technical Support
- Manage Clarity background processes, job failures, logs, and performance issues.
- Coordinate and execute environment refreshes and version updates.
- Perform data corrections and backend updates when errors surface.
- Ensure Clarity schema alignment, stabilize job cycles, and maintain health across environments.
IV. Power BI Support
- Provide validated SQL/CSV/Excel datasets from Clarity to BI/reporting teams.
- Ensure Clarity Data Warehouse cycles complete successfully for accurate Power BI refreshes.
- Supply field mappings, table relationships, and technical clarity for BI teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies between Power BI visuals and Clarity source data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related course
- 3–5 years of experience administering user systems.
- Strong experience configuring objects, lookups, page layouts, portlets, and security rights.
- Solid understanding of PPM concepts: project lifecycle, resource management, financial data, and timesheets.
- Proficiency in SQL for validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and comfort with CSV-based data handling.
- Experience with system administration, backend troubleshooting, and data correction.
- Ability to independently manage technical operations and platform stability.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear communication and strong documentation habits.
- Ability to work independently and own technical responsibilities end to end
Preferred Requirements
- Basic understanding of Power BI modeling concepts (no dashboard building required).
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Experience working with data exchanged between Clarity and major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) through structured data files, staging tables, or controlled API‑driven interfaces.
- Ability to validate mapping logic, financial fields, and data transformations for cost plans, actuals, labor actuals, or resource information as part of cross‑system reconciliation.
- Exposure to enterprise data standards such as project codes, cost centers, resource hierarchies, fiscal periods, or financial structures that must remain consistent across PPM, ERP, and HR systems.
