We are presently seeking a Project Manager for Operations who be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns as they arise.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and resources for project execution.
- Track and report on project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project objectives are achieved and deliverables are of high quality.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Manager, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Experience of 8-10 years of project management experience, wi9th at least 3-5 years in a senior project management role
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects successfully
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
