Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards
• Report minor and major equipment problems to supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow environmental, health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Participate in training and development programs as required

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
• Basic communication skills in English (passive English is an advantage)
