What you can expect:

• Management of the DIN EN ISO 17025-accredited measurement laboratory
• Responsibility for staff and cost centers and budget planning
• Lab organisation and staff management
• Design of test procedures, configuration of measurement systems
• Carrying out test
• Preparation of results reports
• Representing the measurement laboratory both within and outside the company (clients, authorities, working groups, etc.)

What you bring:

• Degree in physics, preferably with a Ph.D.
• Several years of experience in optical metrology
• In-depth knowledge of photonics and lighting technology
• Experience in an accredited laboratory environment (ISO/IEC 17025) is desirable
• Strong scientific and analytical skills
• Leadership experience and organizational skills
• Fluency in German and English
