The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution

What You Can Expect:

• Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair work on electrical systems and machinery

• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and troubleshooting electrical systems

• Ensuring equipment availability and optimizing production processes

• Carrying out inspections in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards

• Documenting all work performed and measures taken

• Supporting modifications, expansions, and the commissioning of equipment and systems

• Contributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP)

What You Bring:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrician, or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment

• Knowledge of control and drive technology (e.g., PLC; experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal is an advantage)

• Independent and structured approach to work

• Strong teamwork skills and a high level of responsibility

• Good written and spoken German

• Good written and spoken English would be desirable

• Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation
