Global Finance/ Controlling Business Partner (m/w/d)

What You Can Expect:

• Finance Business Partner for a Global Product Line: As part of the management team of the product line, you will support the globally responsible product manager with your own ideas and projects within the Advanced Lighting Systems division of the Excelitas Technologies Group.
• Analysis, Recommendations, and Presentation: Conduct independent profitability, performance, and ad-hoc analyses for the product line. Derive recommendations for action to ensure the achievement of our targets and present them convincingly to senior management.
• Forecasting and Budget Planning: Take responsibility for the planning and forecasting of the product line and actively develop and drive corrective actions in close collaboration with the specialist departments in case of deviations.
• Strategic Initiatives and Projects: Manage and support cross-functional initiatives such as business cases, investment projects, and R&D projects to sustainably increase the company’s success.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling / Finance and at least 10–15 years of professional experience in controlling within an internationally operating manufacturing company
• Confident handling of common IT applications in finance and accounting, especially MS Office, SAP FI/CO, and OneStream
• A high level of initiative, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex business data and derive effective business strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English for a team-oriented way of working in an international environment
• High flexibility to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong resilience, especially when working under time pressure
