Product Management supports and contributes to the lifecycle of the product- from conception, refinement, specification, market o. Product Management is one of the most cross-functional roles in any organization- from research, development, production, sales, marketing, and customer interfacing- there is usually product management involvement at some level. Our Project Management teams are responsible for delivering product on time and on budget by coordinating timely program support with internal and external customers. Project and Program Managers are also responsible for various attributes including financial reports, product development coordination, and scheduling.
